[required] Criteria to meet the needs of the program: Youth will decide on a service project by researching and interviewing different people and areas of the community that have needs, demonstrating social awareness - Youth will have a sense of agency, advocacy, and empathy through their connection to area of service, demonstrating self awareness - Youth will collaborate and work together in their team to delegate project tasks and plans and showing teamwork and leadership, demonstrating building strong relationships - Youth will make a plan of action and create goals and a timeline for their project, follow through and execution of the plan, demonstrating responsible decision making - Youth will showcase their project in a creative outlet of choice and all team members will share power/leadership in presentation demonstrating self awareness and self management - Youth will receive feedback and critiques and offer self reflection about their learnings through service and SEL, demonstrating self awareness and management.
