Butterflies, Bees and Blossoms

In this unit, students discover the basic needs of insects while learning about their body parts and life cycles. Students will make use of models, maintain a student journal and observe living specimens throughout seven lessons. They also dissect real flowers and explore their schoolyard to investigate pollinators and interdependence in this fascinating, interactive program.
