The Educating Youth Empowerment Systems or E.Y.E.S.

The E.Y.E.S. is an Emotional Intelligence(EQ) building Leadership growth & development program that consists of a 10-week workshop series formatted with whole group and breakout sessions activities. It’s a child-centered, culturally-competent, trauma-informed, and solutions-oriented program designed to facilitate healing through engaging, encouraging, educating & empowering lessons that deepen youth participants' knowledge, awareness & understanding of Self through constant & consistent self-reflection. Each workshop is 2 hours in length and utilizes the music, theater and performance arts to provide youth participants with a creative outlet to freely express themselves.
