It is open to participants aged 6 and up, with a particular focus on youth from underserved communities. Our curriculum includes a wide range of activities, including lessons on dining etiquette, dessert etiquette, and the nutritional importance of starches in a balanced diet. In addition, we offer STEM-based activities that tie into food science, making learning both fun and educational.

Program Objectives

Our primary objectives are:

  • To educate participants on the basics of healthy eating and cooking.
  • To instill proper dining etiquette and table manners.
  • To provide hands-on experience in meal preparation, focusing on simple, nutritious, and kid-friendly recipes.
  • To foster an understanding of the science behind food through STEM-related activities.
  • Community ImpactThe Culinary Camp is not just about teaching cooking skills; it is about empowering young individuals to take control of their health and well-being. By equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare healthy meals, we are fostering a generation that values nutrition and self-care.
